As Managing Partner and Head of Strategy at Spanb2b, Adam is a member of the leadership team and responsible for the company's strategy practice and services.

He brings thirty years of business, brand, sales and marketing experience, gained from guiding agencies and clients through market shifts, downturns and boom times. He applies this knowledge intelligently to help business, brand and marketing leaders navigate complexity and drive commercial momentum.

His strategic instinct is to narrow the field and help organisations understand why they do what they do, where they fit, and how to compete smartly - aligning them with the audiences that matter most, so they commit, stay and advocate.

A proven ABM specialist, he was part of the team behind the pioneering Atos Global ABM programme in 2012, before leading ABM initiatives for clients including Capgemini, Oracle, Infosys, Gigamon and Symantec.

Adept at brand and service line rationalisation and positioning, he has led major proposition transformation projects for Atos, Infosys, Logicalis, Logicor, Hitachi and many more.

Founder or co-founder of three B2B agencies - AGR, The Craft and now Spanb2b - Adam has also held leadership roles at MTD, Enigma and Radish, where during his tenure the business won multiple B2B Marketing Awards, including the coveted Agency of the Year.

Committed to helping people in B2B connect, learn and progress, he was a board member and mentor at the Business Marketing Club, and continues to mentor young talent across the industry.
