The team

Experienced people. The values that connect us.

Experienced people own the brief, the work and the outcome. We extend capacity through a selected network of freelance specialists and independent partners when a programme needs it. No layers, no hand-off chaos.

Values

The values that connect us

Four values. They govern who we hire and how we work.

Candour
We say what we see. The brief is rarely the whole problem, and we will not pretend it is.
Curiosity
We ask better questions before we build better answers. The first diagnosis is not always the right one.
Capability
Experienced people do the work. We bring the judgement, craft and commercial understanding clients actually need.
Character
Capability makes us useful. Honesty makes us trustworthy. Kindness makes us people worth working with.
How we're built

A small senior team, by design

Lean by choice. Senior by default.

Spanb2b is built around a small core of experienced practitioners who own the brief, the work and the outcome. Around that core is a selected network of freelance specialists and independent partners we bring in when a programme needs them.

No layers between the strategy and the delivery. No junior swap-out after kick-off. The people who win the work are the people doing the work.

The point of the lean model is not headcount. It is what we want the people who work here to actually spend their time doing: judgement, craft and client relationships, not admin and internal handoffs.

Open door

Open door

We want to meet the next generation of B2B marketers.

We are a senior team. That is the promise to clients. It is not a closed door to everyone else. If you are entering B2B marketing, or a few years in and figuring out where you want to take it, we want to talk.

This is an accelerating industry. The tools, the channels, the buyer behaviour, all of it is moving. The way to learn it is alongside people who have done the work, not from a prompt or a checklist someone packaged up as a skill. Hands on. In the room. On real client problems.

Clients get the outcomes because the thinking, expertise and experience are connected to the delivery. Earlier-career marketers grow because they are connected to that same thinking. Both sides win.

If that is you, drop us a line. No formal opening required.

Common questions

What to expect if you reach out

Who do you meet with?

A partner. Not a recruiter, not a scheduler. If it makes sense to bring someone else in later, we will. The first conversation is with one of us.

What happens in the conversation?

We ask about where you are, what you've done, what you're trying to learn and what kind of work interests you. We share how we work and where the industry is going. It's a two-way conversation, not an interview.

How does this help someone early in their career?

Time with senior operators is the fastest way to learn this craft. Even a single conversation about how to think about a problem, a channel or a client can shift what you focus on next.

Is there a formal process or opening?

No. If a role opens and you're a fit, we'll say so. If not, the conversation still stands on its own. We keep in touch with people whose thinking we like.

What do you look for in people you spend time with?

Curiosity, honesty and a willingness to do the work. Everything else is teachable.
